ADVENT
"Advent" is a unique and well-planned one-day event, specifically designed for new students to shine as new managers. It focuses on improving and highlighting their event management skills. This event is formulated to push participants to think critically, problem-solve creatively, and leverage their resourcefulness to navigate unforeseen scenarios. It is a crucible where theoretical knowledge is translated into practical action, shaping individuals who are not only well-versed but are also adept at tackling real-world challenges with confidence and competence. In essence, "Advent" establishes a high standard, challenging participants to stretch their capabilities and set a solid foundation for their personal and professional growth. "Advent" features three carefully crafted events that not only display the students' growing skills but also provide important real-world lessons in event planning and management.
The Mock Stock Competition - This segment is a simulated stock market to test financial knowledge, market analysis, and strategic decision-making. Students navigate a virtual stock exchange, making informed investment decisions and adapting to market changes. It enhances understanding of financial markets and critical thinking.
2. Trading Event - Trading Event is thoughtfully curated around themes to indulge various interests in the field of commerce and trade. It serves as a rigorous test of participants' trading knowledge, interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate intricate trade scenarios. This event emphasizes both intra-team and inter-team trading dynamics, pushing participants to demonstrate exceptional expertise.

Appulse is the flagship event which is a remarkable endeavor that not only aims to improve students' knowledge but also serves as the platform to battle in finely curated events to match their interest and test their skills. This Queen BEE of ComSOC, which spans two days, casts a wide net and draws participants from all areas of Delhi University. It acts as a stage for a variety of intellectually challenging competitions that test the student's abilities. It is a shared vision of nurturing excellence and a steadfast commitment to pushing boundaries. The horizon of each event is broadened year after year by introducing new dimensions that inspire and challenge participants. Young minds converge to explore, experiment, and excel.
